Previous Employment Details:

I am Shikhar Gaur, a Dairy Technologist by trade and having expertise in Cheese and Fermented Milks with minor experience in Milk Processing and Ice Cream. I am a Dairy Technologist by education and am currently working as Senior Technical Officer in Vidya Dairy (Amul), Gujarat, India. Professionally, I have been working with my current organization since more than 04 years and have experience of working in various departments including, but not limited to, Cheese, Fermented Milks, Dairy Processing and Project Management. I have experience of designing a viable project for setup of “Ice Cream Extrusion Line Setup” which is first of its kind in the world. I consider myself eligible to appear for the position being a superior student during my Bachelor degree for which I have been awarded ‘Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal’ (Highest Honor for Bachelor degree) and ‘Best Student Award’ for my academic performance during my curriculum.
