I am currently stationed in Hermanus where I am self-employed and working on a consultantancy basis. At the end of February 2015 my contract as an expatriate in Obuasi, Ghana came to an end. At AngloGold Ashanti I worked as a Document Control Lead, managing the total Electronic Document Control System (SharePoint), including Drawing Control (Project Wise) and Record Management for all projects. I have also been tasked with the Feasibility Project that AGA has undertaken for the total mine.

I also have extensive computer experience in a wide variety of software programs, which includes but are not limited to MS Office.

The experience gained throughout my career has given me the wide and diversivied skills required in Project Management. I enjoy working with all kinds of people, I know how to motivate them and get the best out of them. My talents at Menkind has ensured that I was constantly a top performer in the company, and that was due to my unique management style. I followed that up by being a Project Administrator at AngloGold Ashanti in Ghana, before being promoted to Document Control Lead for Projects where I established a new Electronic Document Control System(SharePoint), as well as Records Management and Drawing Control through Project Wise.

My experience gained in the United Kingdom and then Ghana is invaluable, and this has shaped me to handle any situation coming my way. I was sourced for Menkind in South Africa, and because of hard work and being a top performer, was given an extended contract which I ended prematurely when AngloGold Ashanti made me an offer based on colleagues that worked with me, recommendation.

Any lack of technical knowledge can be easily and quickly obtained but management and administration skills is something that is acquired over time and through experience.
