o Project planning, project control and project implementation, which involves:

– PERT/CPM

– S-Curve for Target Vs. Actual

– Productivity/Efficiency Curve

– Monitoring Engineering and Construction activities

– Evaluation of Procurement Schedule

– Action Report for Critical Items

Designing piping layouts by visiting site, coordinating with draftsman in isometric piping line, generating BOQ and verification is made with mechanical standards.
