• Part of support technical team in Accounts Receivables module in charge of technical and functional issues logged by global customers using Oracle Application EBS Financials 11i/12R.

• Management of customer’s issues, providing solutions and negotiating with – Development team on

issues where no solution is available at present.

• Working as a team member in global projects for testing and validating documentations about the supported products;Active participant in the Knowledge Management database by creating, reviewing and updating technical notes.

• Occasionally providing data fixes to customers in order to sort their data corruption issues;

• Solving technico – functional issues regarding Transactions setup and functional errors: Auto Invoice, Transactions and Receipts APIs, Receipts and Transactions Workbench, Late Charges, Bill Receivables .etc
