• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

• Provisioning routes on Nextone MSX/SBC and reacting under certain privileges in case of network failure like rerouting, blocking and issue escalation.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Media Gateways/POPs within LDI Network.

• Coordinating with On-Field Operations Teams for network related issues.

• Collaboration with IP Core, Transmission and LDI Operators for routine operations and to T-shoot matters.

• QOS maintenance of VOIP Network KPI’s (ASR, ACD, PDD and NER).

• Commissioning of SIP and TDM Interconnects with LDI Operators and VoIP Aggregators.

• Regular Reporting i.e. Network Utilization, Daily QOS, Traffic Record and bringing up to date Network modifications on Daily basis.

• Coordinating with Billing and International Business Teams for commissioning/modifying and blocking interconnects

• Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) from GOVERNMENT DEGREE SUPERIOR SCIENCE COLLEGE KARACHI.
