Aug 2006 – Dec 2008 Post-doctoral researcher at Neutron Science Division, Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI), Daejeon, South Korea

 Involved in a collaborative project (US$5 million for 5-year) and supervised 4 students in the development / commercialization of MgB2¬ superconducting wires.

 Established a set of standard procedures for fabrication and characterisation of the superconductors for the project, and generated 8 publications and proceedings.
