• Demonstrated strong leadership at Kellogg Brown & Root, managing a team of 20+ employees and 70 sub-contract mechanics and technicians over two sites, covering in excess of 300 diesel generator sets and auxiliary equipment. Adeptly enhanced operational readiness rate from 92 to 98% on mission capable assets.

• Successfully worked on single and three phase generators from Caterpillar/Olympian, Aksa, Cummins, FG Wilson, SDMO, Teksan, Iveco. Engines included Perkins, Cummins, Daewoo, Cat, Volvo-Penta, and John Deere.

• Organisational acumen was proven when relocating department in a team effort to a new site in 08/2014 with minimal disruption to services and maintenance. Project included cleaning/draining identified assets for decommissioning.
