 Currently manage the contract account needs for the logistics of aircraft parts to two major accounts; Honeywell and Aviodiepen, and have been instrumental in improving processes used.

 Served as project coordinator to a mid-sized engineering and construction firm, overseeing the supply and logistics of personnel, materials and equipment for government infrastructure projects.

 Gained excellent experience in SAP, and proficient in MS Office programs.

Kuehne + Nagel, Sydney & Melbourne
Jan 2011 to present

Kuehne + Nagel is a global transportation and logistics company providing sea freight and airfreight forwarding, contract logistics, and overland businesses. Kuehne + Nagel has more than 1,000 offices in over 100 countries, with over 63,000 employees.

ACCOUNT MANAGER – Contract Logistics (Oct 2013 to date)

• Manage the logistic accounts requirements of Honeywell Australia and for Aviodiepen; with a focus on developing the relationship which ultimately results in expanding market share of the customer wallet.

• Control the day-to-day logistical needs of each client i.e. movement of aircraft parts.

• Oversee the movement of dangerous goods.

• Liaise with contractors on bookings and organising pick-ups, and work in collaboration with Kuehne + Nagel warehousing pickers & packers on the mobilisation and dispatching of orders.

• Deal with urgent dispatch needs which can include organising shipment of parts from global destinations within 24 hours; a complex process that requires working closely with all logistics parties.

• Ensure KPIs are being met, and detail any account reports.

• Complete all assignment notes and ensure shipping documentation is in order. Update and maintain SAP for creating shipments, and prepare spreadsheets, whilst remaining diligent to data accuracy.

• Commended by management for work on improving relationships and logistics services.

• Successfully conduct yearly stocktakes

• Successfully coordinated all aspects of moving entire Honeywell stock and equipment from Sydney warehouse to Melbourne warehouse.

CONTRACTS LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE ADMIN (2011 to 2013)

• Managed the warehousing administration requirements for the receiving, checking and processing of orders, working with upwards of 10 clients per day.

• Organised bookings with shipping companies, working closely with 3PL/transport companies and contractors to managing booking, scheduling, proof of deliveries, and on resolving any problems that may arise.
