Provide design, loop drawings, layout drawings, red lined P&ID’s, installation steps and installation awareness according to IEC standards (61511, 61508) for Hazardous area to maintenance department to install the new transmitters, level switches, pressure switches, valves and electronic PSV’s and ESDV’s.

Responsible for install & maintenance HONEYWELL DCS (C200, HC-900), SCADAPACK, S7 Siemens,Fire & Gas. Developing HMI (HONEYWELL PLANTSCAP, SIMATIC) & DAQFACTORY HMI and Programming SPECTRA Radio system/ WiFi.

Supervise subcontractors during Installing new field device/equipment/system and commission in the planned period.

Provide controls discipline input during HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/LOPA studies and design reviews.
