 In charge of all aspects of scaffolding on the FPSO

 Perform all scaffold inspections and keep a detailed scaffold register on a weekly basis

 Raise all permits (ISSOW) and all supporting paperwork including JSA’s, 5×5 and working at height check lists

 Attend daily progress meetings with the client and contractors

 Actively take part in toolbox talks and risk assessments

 Perform daily safety audits on scaffold teams to ensure the permit and all supporting paper work was completed and understood

 Organised the daily routines for the scaffold supervisors and the multicultural workforce

 Worked closely with the Rigging/Lifting supervisor

 Executed lifting operation of kinds such as engines, turbines, large valves and complex and unusual lifts

 Completed all daily timesheets and progress reports at the end of shift

 Introduced scaffold and ladder register

 Perform all scaffold inspections and keep a detailed scaffold register on a weekly basis

 Raise all permits for scaffold works on the FPSO

 Actively take part in toolbox talks and risk assessments

 Worked closely with Scaffold Design Engineers and Construction Superintendent to make sure the scaffold was built to suit all trades involved with the changing out of the motors

 Worked closely with Rigging Supervisor helping with various lifts including large valves, engines and the 17 Te motors
