My roll at this company was to make kitchens, bedrooms, studies, bathrooms and freestanding bespoke furniture, ranging from period furniture to modern style furniture. I also did the machine work, spindling, planing, bench saw and machine maintainance. I was also involved in the working out of costs and materials required and working out cutting lists. I also did a small amount of spraying with clear laquer. I was made redundant and the business has now closed.

I started work here from school and did a 5 year apprenticeship in cabinet making and antique restoring. My roll included hand veneering , restoring all types of furniture and making exact copies of original antique pieces, after 18 years to seek a new challenge i left to start work at Anthony Warwick ltd.
