October 2012 – August 2013
Contractair – Flight Crew Recruitment

Contractair is a flight crew leasing company; who specialize in placing experienced flight crews with client airlines. I was responsible for resourcing the appropriate crew for our contracts, interviewing candidates for suitability, preparing Interviews and candidates documents and arranging visas.

My role also extended to account managing and looking after one of our major clients on a daily basis creating a good rapport, winning and negotiating on contracts, pay rates and ensuring client invoices were paid on time.

March 2012 – September 2012 (Temp role)
Barracuda networks – New Accounts/Lead Generation

In my time at Barracuda I gained a good amount of product knowledge on software security solutions. My main role was Lead Generation and looking after new accounts. I spent a lot of my time on the phone to end user contacts, informing them of recent product updates and educating them on the solutions Barracuda had to offer, I worked closely with Inside Sales and technical.

Based within a small team working with the Irish Division our group managed 400+ accounts, which I am responsible for over 100.
 As their first point of contact within C2K my role involved sales and aftercare in a B2B environment where I was targeted on a value of £400,000 a month. During my time at Computer 2000 I used SAP and was given a huge amount of sales training and gained a lot of knowledge of the IT Industry and gained experience that has helped me in further roles.
