I have a 6 years expereince in subsea installation works. I have worked for Leighton contractors India limited for ONGC projects in Mumbai high which includes installation of Pipeline, Riser Installation Clamp installation and groutbag installations.Currently I am working with valentine maritime gulf llc in SARB-3 project of ADMA OPCO client. I am involved in piggyback pipeline installation works, Shorpull works and sleeper installation works.

Worked as Field Engineer for SARB Field development project package 3 (ADMA-OPCO).

Key Responsibilities :

 Worked on barge DLB 1600 for the sleeper installation using echo sounder equipment.

 Working on DLB 1600 for the piggy back pipeline installation.

 Go through the installation procedure and identify the problems ahead of installation and take the corrective action.

 Prepare the list of Installation aids, permanent material and temporary material that will be required during the installation.

 Make sure that the key personnel on the barge are aware of the scope of works by preparing the work pack statement and discuss the same in the meeting.

 Coordinate with base for any material requirement and highlight the issues to the base office avoid any stand by of the barge.

Key Responsibilities :

 Preparation of Work Method statement in line with the Clients specification and getting it approved from the Client.

 Identify the list of installation aids, permanent items required for installation and raise the RFG’s for the same.

 Review the engg drawings and give comments if there are any issues from installation point of view.

 Prepare the checklist for the list of materials and procedure to be required at offshore.

 Prepare the scope of works for the subcontractors.

 Do the technical bid evaluation of the bidders and select the subcontractor.

 Prepared the estimation of voyages for the requirement of cargo barges for to match the pipelay productivity.

 Estimate the number of cargo barges and haulages required to support the pipe lay barge to meet the productivity targets.

 Prepare general arrangement drawing for finalizing the final layout of the barge.

 Provided assistance to the Sr. Project engg in mobilization of the barge in the field.

 Have done the assembly of the floating hoses and subsea hoses for the SPM at Onshore.

 Looking After the Dredging & Backfilling activities and monitoring the progress. Have worked on Dredger sical Portofino, Robert Bleak lay.

 Have handled Riser / I tube Clamp Installation, Crossing installation & Riser Removal on a DSV in Mumbai high.

 Played a key role for the riser Installation at the platform.

 Carried out pre-engg survey of the jacket face.

 Maintain the DCI-MCI matrix to update the engg progress and also highlight the list of documents awaiting the response of client.
