Proposal/contract/commercial services supporting projects:

Iraq/Afghanistan/Mozambique – Development services for various green field Oil & Gas facilities.

Working with the CEO I was responsible for developing detailed cost models for a Modular Refinery with a flow through capacity of MT1000 per day for the Kashkari Oil Concession in Afghanistan.

Responsible for sourcing and pricing the refinery hardware specific to the demand and crude characteristics based on the optimum finished products spectrum primarily sourced from Russia and Kazakhstan with some elements from China.

In addition identifying the site location at the concession location working with the Ministry concerned with the extraction and production of the field and costing the full site development from the secured site perimeter, crude bulk storage tanks, finished product bulk storage tanks, power generation, gas supply, sulphur plant, accommodation with full life support facilities, offices, access roads, holding areas, warehousing and workshops and fuel despatch terminal.

Northern Iraq and Erbil projects were primarily focussed on Pre Engineered single span steel structure facilities involved with Gas expansion programs for power generation with some concession field projects with additional bulk storage tanks and workshops.

I was responsible for sourcing and management of the SME’s required for the engineering and project management of all projects plus the sourcing, costing and design for the imported structures and tankerage elements.

Iraq based projects have ceased due to the current security issues.

Mozambique content was specific to speculative unsolicited pricing for Anadarko and ENI who are the main stakeholders on the LNG fields and subsequent 10 train LNG plant.

Leveraging on my experience gained with the Global Crossing European project I sourced and managed specialist site acquisition companies in every EU country and major cities.

T.E.N. a Venture Capital company in New York engaged my services to work with the state owned rail network in Russia with instructions to evaluate all assets and the state of repair of the infrastructure from Moscow central rail station to Vladivostok and compile budgetary costs to refurbish same to a condition fit for use to receive a Lucent high performance Optronics transmission system.

Lucent requested my services to evaluate costs and time frames for a second phase of a National [Military HQ Abu Dhabi] Optronics Network which involved contractor pricing and competence levels which allowed me to complete a detailed project schedule for the contract documentation along with a comprehensive BofQ and terms.

These assignments were as a result of client recommendations based on my work with Lucent/Global Crossing and Bechtel
