EMPLOYMENT1. Pipeline service GR1/GR2/GR4 (TRC/SONATRACH_ALGERIA)

Pipeline Supervisor (January 2011 up to present)

• Assist in preparation of budget plan for Pipeline activities

• Supervise intelligent pigging, hot tapping, and pipeline repairs

• Review and checking detailed scopes of work, pipeline crossing drawings, design basis documents and project execution plans.

• Control and Supervise pipelines construction project (welding, cleaning, hydrostatic testing Pressure testing, Air Drying, Nitrogen purging).

• Participate in preparing all pipeline procedures for isolations.

• Assure pipeline patrolling and inspection

• Participate in pigging operations and liaise with pipeline maintenance personnel on pig receipt.

• Direct isolation and de-pressurization of pipeline

• Participate in engineering projects related to pipeline.

• Participate in pre-commissioning/commissioning of new pipelines and valves.

2. Compressor Station and Gas Transmission Network GR1/GR2 (SONATRACH _ALGERIA)

Gas Transmission Engineer (January 2008 to January 2011)

• Responsible for technical support to Gas Compressor Stations, valves stations, pipelines and associated utilities operations to ensure continuous and efficient operation of all pipelines and process station and ensure supply quality.

• Examine problems on operation and solve problems as they arise by troubleshooting stations.

• Perform/conduct process related studies, technical reviews and troubleshooting facilities operational problems (Gas Compressor Stations, gas network pipelines, Gas Receiving Terminal).

• Coordinate new projects integration with existing facilities.

• Ensure the two pipelines or any equipment within the entire Sonatrach gas network is safe for maintenance/ modification activities.

Gas Transmission Shift Supervisor (May 2000 to January2008)

• Leading the operations team; facilities start-up and shutdown supervision;

• Operating conditions control and monitoring; major operations and maintenance planning and coordination

• Coordination between production fields and customers; daily reporting.

• Facilitate operations of receiving, filtrating, regulating and measuring the natural gas originating from production fields.

• Enforce HSE requirements for work in the plant, and ensure compliance with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.

• Complete natural gas transmission chain, from the point of production to the point of use

• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all pipelines and process stations and ensure supply quality.

• Monitor and control the flows, pressures, temperatures, and gas qualities across the system and respond to SCADA system alarms.
