Description: Construction of a plastic injection mould with hot spruein order to achieve a mass production of the part named Egg Tray. It is a transparent component composed with Poly Carbonate Material. Basically the mould is a single day light mould consisting of a core pin ejection and a good cooling system.

Solving quality issues in production line:Troubleshooting of dies and resolve quality issues during production

Production assisting and documentation:Assisting production in order to analyze the production difficulties, improvementsand documentation.

Root cause analysis:Finding out the root cause of die problems and recommending the best solution.
