Optical Network Engineer

 Provide on-site survey and designing for core optical network to customer.

 Provide network solution, design and optimization on demand of customer requirement

 Perform system configuration, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test of new DWDM, OTN and Metro Ethernet network node with operators and/or customers.

 Manage subcontractor to complete work in time

 Identify, ananlysis and solve the problem in Fiber Transmission Line

 Involved meeting with customer for planning and solution on their backbone network.

 Managing and follow up upcoming project

 Working with project manager to identify the scope of the work for projects, the potential risk of solution and mitigate risks of proposal solution.

 Conduct training to customer and technical team

Knowledge Experiences

 Knowledge with 10G/ 40G/ 100G modulation format and concept, especially  Coherent Technology (DPBPSK, QPSK) and Polarization Modulation Dispersion

 Experience with the Turn –up Super Raman Amplifier for 196 Km/ 48dB span loss

 Analysis OTDR and OSA results and give solution for the problem occured
