• Located in Afghanistan, initially commencing as Logistics Operations Manager and subsequently promoted to take responsibility for effectively managing transport/distribution activities and monitoring the supply chain in accordance with inventory requirements

• Efficiently expediting fuel worth up to US$1bn per annum to 90+ customer sites and planning and coordinating transport and distribution schedules, in close collaboration with regional distribution centres, adhering to strict deadlines

• Accountable for providing technical and operational leadership for the distribution teams, providing coaching and guidance in order to maximise financial performance results as well as creating and maintaining training records, ensuring development requirements addressed

• Providing specialist logistics advice and comprehensive industry knowledge to customers, handling issues and problems swiftly, positively and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
