I am a very engaged person and happy to help, also have it easy to laugh and use it both in my places of where I work and in my personal life. In my working life, I have gotten a strong patience and a more inner calm in very stressful situations, which are two very important values to have in the fields I have worked. I have also learned to communicate on very different levels which makes it to easier to understand me and get my message across. I love to work in group of people where everyone can take advance of experiences that the group has.

Working with social issues and people are two of the biggest issues in my life and it is important to me. My strengths are to solve problems and also to be a support to solve different problems. Moving to Ireland will not be a problem so don´t let my address in Sweden make you doubt since I am under 35 of age I am qualified for your first EURES job that will help me relocate and also just even to pay for my trip to come over for an interview.

Mental health worker; Kornet/Vellinge Kommun
2015-2015

As a mental health worker, my role was to motivate the visitors and set up goals together in order to help the visitors in the daily routine of their lives.

Housing assistant; Lillgården/Vellinge Kommun
2014- 2015

In the role of housing assistant I helped the goals of the residents that where mostly to set up a daily routine of getting the wash done, eating meals or staying in touch with family, work and the hospital when needed.

Caseworker; Skånes stadsmission and Stockholm’s stadmission
2012-2014

Worked in similar housings in Lund and in Stockholm, where the residents where homeless and battled addiction. I was active in giving support and help to the residents and to structure up everyday life. Again also motivation the residents in seeking help for their addiction.

My responsibilities was to handle and serve the customers drink orders also to have responsibility for the cash register.

Achievements

During my time at Tullinge Muay Thai, they had an larger increase of customer and it was due to my work with their pr. Smaller achievements as a caseworker are still worth mentioning that I have reached and set up goals my co-workers had a harder time reaching. Also learned a good way of handling a lot of phone calls during my time at the phone house and broke a record of handling most calls.
