Working for a reputed Airlines customer and serve as Test Lead for different projects:

 Airline Cabin Crew Management:

 It is third-party product for Cabin Crew Tracking as per generic Airlines standards and rules. Customer purchased this product to replace their old legacy application and customizing this product as per business needs of their Airlines.

 Worked as Test Lead for 10 member team at offshore and successfully done the Migration Testing, System Testing, End-End Testing for this application.

 After successful completion of System Testing at offshore, travelled to onsite to do UAT Testing. Interacting with Business SMEs to understand their conditions and test cases are written as per business conditions

 Effectively communicate with different stake holders (product supplier, IT team, Business team, Technical Leads) and received sign-off for UAT Testing.

 Airline Customer Management:

 It is huge application to handle all the customer activities in Airlines industry. Different modules (starting from Customer check-in till Customer Arrivals and baggage collection at their destination).

 Agile Methodology used for Development and Testing cycle of this project.

 I worked as Test Lead for offshore End to End Testing team (teams located at different cities in TCS India)

 Involving Test Plan Preparation, Estimation, Allocating resources as per cost and budget.
