Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked on Agile- Scrum methodology of SDLC. Participated in Sprint plan meetings, Daily stand-up meetings and Sprint retrospective meetings.

Barclays Bank Ltd. is a Universal Bank with its operations driven by a cutting edge core Banking IT platform, the project targeted at retail and Corporate Banking services, worked on the banking application for the various functionalities like Account Summary, Transaction details, Account Statement, Fund transfer, Bill payment, Add Payee, Credit Card Section, Debit Card Section for giving account numbers were tested aggressively and the performance of those applications was to be measured.

This project was to define the process by which complaints relating to policies from NBS would be managed from the date of the first migration and how complaints would be directed to NBS.
