• Working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, reporting to the Chief Quantity Surveyor and Project Management and managing a post tendering project, Ministry of Housing Project at Turabah in Mecca Region.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of Invoices and cost implications from the Contractor, validating the Invoice as per the works executed on site and submitting the same to the Client for final approval.

• Recommending of Contractor Payment Certificates to the Client and follow up to the Client and reporting the Chief Quantity Surveyor and management.

• Finding out the variation items, deviated items and additional items, informing to the management and follow up with the Client to issue the Engineer’s Instructions / Variation Orders.

• Close follow up with the Client to Variation Items and to release Variation Orders to run the project cash flow in a smooth manner.

• Conducting daily meetings, weekly meetings, fortnight meetings and monthly meetings with the concern department and giving report the Chief Quantity Surveyor and Client.

• Attending Client weekly meetings and reporting to the Chief QS Manager.
