• Equestrian Club Jeddah Waterfront – Design Stage (August 2013 – October 2014):
Equestrian Club Jeddah Waterfront in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia. Developing Jeddah City

Waterfront and providing a modern world class destination and a vibrant place to visit, live, work and invest, host a wide range of social events.

The project land is 150,000 m2 onshore and 182,000 m2 reclamation area. The overall site area is 332,000 m2.  The built-up area is 157,059 m2

Project Components:

– Cluster 1 & 3 retail and F&B area (G+2).

– Cluster 2 Botanical Gardens.

– Cluster 4 Hotels (G+3).

– Basement parking

– Dancing fountain – total area 9,000 m2

– Promenade – total length 3.6 km.

• Jeddah Waterfront and Falasteen Street Development – Design & Construction Stage
(September 2011 – July 2013):

Developing Jeddah Waterfront Project in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia, includes demolition, earthworks and underground utilities, asphalt works, public toilets, kiosks, finishing works (hardscape and landscape).

– North Corniche – total length 3.3 KM.

– Middle Corniche – total length 2.5 KM.

– Falasteen Street – total length 1.2 KM.
