Duties and Responsibilities:

Chiller Plant

 Installation of Chiller units (York Titan) Capacity (32 Nos. x 5000 Ton= 1, 60,000 Ton), Cooling tower 32 Nos. (GEA Polaces), Condenser water pump (ITT Bell & Gossett) AFV, Balancing valve, Four way valve, Cooling tower filtration unit (Veolia), Self-cleaning strainer, Dosing system, Air separator (Vessel), Expansion tanks (Amtrol), Primary water pump (315.5 /s @ 180 kpa), Secondary chilled water pump, Overhead crane(50 Ton), Black steel pipes welded (Dia 1400) for chilled water return & supply.

 Material takeoff for the construction of the mechanical work of the project.

 Checking the shop drawing with Design drawing, if any correction needed as per the site condition, informing the technical department.

 Making Site Construction Report (SCR) to consultant as per the site condition changes in the drawing.

Water Treatment Plant:

 Installation of hydro disc filter system for polishing of treated sewage effluent water.

Central waste handling plant:

 Inspecting the installation of submersible pumps, float valve, float switch, filtration system, level sensor, auto back wash valve etc. in the water features.
