Project Description: Info Manager is a reporting tool in which delivers reports to customers and also they can create their own reports/alerts on various Cash and trade products. Basically Info manager product comes under the Straight2Bank application. Straight2Bank is an award winning application of Standard Chartered Bank under Wholesale Banking.

Role : Senior Support Lead

Responsibilities:

• Handling various day to day production issues and client escalations.

• Supporting Clients from more than 54 countries.

• Driving long running calls for Root Cause Analysis, walkthrough with Dev team and other escalations.

• Handling High, medium and low severity incidents in production.

• Analyzing code and escalate the issue to Dev team when a bug encounters and follow up with them to fix the issue in production environment.
