PROFILE

Over 8 years of leadership and engineering experience in Oil and Gas. Extensive background in project management and detailed engineering includes skin-effect electric heat tracing systems for 600km of pipelines in terms of New Port and Suzun Oil Field projects in Russia, covering special transformer substations.

Development of more than 1400 turnkey solutions for freeze protection and process temperature maintenance industrial applications since 2008. Management of 57 internal and external technical trainings for engineering team members, design institutes and customers as Rosneft, Gasprom, Lukoil, Surgutneftegas, Total, Sakhalin Energy, Shell, Fluor, Texaco, ExxonMobil, Technicas Reunidas and Technip.

2012-2015

Promoted to direct all aspects of the engineering department within the branch operation of €14million annual budget. Oversee all design and permitted work. Manage capital projects for key customers, reporting directly to the general manager.

Engineered 2 biggest turnkey long term projects with $3 billion global budget of Thermon in 2014, covering heat tracing, transformer substations and power distribution parts of New Port and Suzun Oil Field pipe freeze protection and temperature maintenance projects.

Developed a brand new algorithm of a temperature control system based on ambient proportional Control (APC) principle to maintain certain oil pipeline temperatures.

Adopted Scott-T transformers to operate at frequent ON/OFF mode on the primary side to be used with the proposed ambient proportional control system.

Earned Sakhalin Energy award for efforts in the biggest technical training managed for LNG plant operators, covering Thermon Heat Tracing Product Solutions.

Received Thermon Manufacturing Company award from the headquarters in Texas for 5 years continuous successful work.

Promoted to manage all engineering work, materials supply and installation supervision in terms of Kharyaga Phase 3 project for Total and the global heating system for KINEF as the biggest oil refinery plant in Europe. Responsible for certification of all Thermon ex-proof products as electrical heating cables, electrical heating panels, steam tracing products plus power equipment like transformers, power distribution panels and power cables.

Earned KINEF Oil Refinery Plant award for successful completion of the heat tracing project.
