l have 13years experience in contracting. I worked as a site electrical engineer for 3years thenas a technical engineer for 5 years to prepare shop drawings ,as built drawings and material submittal ,also I worked as MEP manager for the last 5years.

Working with Ali Zaid Al-Quraishi for Electrical Services (AQESA) –CONTRACTING DEVISION -Riyadh / KSA

Project: King Abdul Aziz Centre for World Culture (Consultant: Aramco)

(Supply and Installation of MV transformers, ATS and Cable Bus)

 Working as Electrical Project Manager with following responsibilities:

1- Supervise electrical operations in the project (installation, testing and commissioning of transformers, ATS & cable bus system).

2- Preparing Financial Summaries.

3- Attending all meeting related to work With Aramco and SOL.

4- Planning and scheduling all major activities of the Project.

5- Evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, tools, manpower).

Project: Installation of Control System for National Gas Distribution Company, (Consultant: NUCLEO Spain)

3-Ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.

Working in Umm AlQura University in Makkah ALMukarrammah, as Electrical Design & Supervision Engineer.

My responsibilities are included to study the project & design criteria as per contract documentation provided by University, and control the Design and Site Supervision for

Electrical Dept. Including production of shop drawing with material submittals & supervision of site works.

Moreover, coordination with main contractor & consultants, with a large flow of correspondence with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and every one related to the project.

The project contains from this buildings:

1- Teaching hospital (400 beds).

Finish complete shop drawings for all systems coordinated with system’s suppliers.

2- Computer center.

3- Student activity center.

4- Allied deans.

5- Medical labs.

6- Parking deck (4 floors).

7- Academic court.

8- Multipurpose Service tunnel. (800m) coordinated with all buildings connected to tunnel.

From 15th June 2003 up to 20th September 2005:
I worked with Ammoun Maintenances & Contracting Co.(JORDAN) as a Electrical site Engineer.

My responsibilities are included monitiring ,planing supervising work on site ,prucuring material on site, installatino and commissioning and startup of various electrical systems on site such as lighting dimming,building manegment systems, ups,fire alarm system,generator,lightning and grounding ,etc..

Moreover ,Issuing electrical Bills and variation orders.and prepare as Built drawings handling over of projects.

Worked with Palestine Engineering Company(JORDAN) as a lift installation engineer, for DONG YANG & SABIEM lifts.

My responsibilities are included monitoring mechanical installation for rails, cabin and counter weight, after that make termination for controller, doors and cabin, then startup lifts after calibrations.
