1) From May 2012 to working till date:

Designation : Sr. Civil Engineer

Company: Alkhorayef Group Company, KSA. – Kuwait.

Project: BOT, New GC – 16 in West Kuwait .

Client: Kuwait Oil Company – Kuwait.

Nature of job in details:

Supervision and execution of civil / structural & architectural works (New GC – 16) like crude oil storage tanks, Heavy equipment foundations, pipe rack, pipe support & pipe track foundations, pipe culverts, underground services, plant roads, buildings and shelters, etc. Also erection of 2500 tons of steel structures. Involving in civil design review, Preparation of work procedures, ITP and quality plans. Review of subcontractor procedures and quality documents. Selecting materials for civil / structural works as per client requirement specifications ASTM, BS and KOC standards, review of calibration certificates. Carry out daily surveillance inspection of all civil / structural activities as per ITPs, project procedures and specifications. Witnessing of third party testing laboratory, controlling all quality documents. Also, preparation of construction record book (As built) and final documentation submit to the client. Nature of job in details:

Supervision and execution in construction of new central control rooms, administration building, HVAC & AHU foundations, chiller pipeline footings. Activities including concreting works, architectural finishing works like plastering, painting, fixing of ceramic tiles, marbles, terrazzo tiles, solid blocks & bricks, gypsum partitions, false ceiling and waterproofing works. Also laying of asphalt roads, concrete & inter-lock tiles paving and external drainage culvert works. Experienced to contribute to the operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by preparing and implementing components of quality control plans and procedures according to company quality control procedures. Preparation of inspection test plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications, also to plan and conducting of contractor activities. Planning and coordinate with clients for production, QC matters and safety standards. conducting inspection of raw materials, review of materials test certificates (MTC) and the specifications requirements, review and approval of work procedures, method of statements and site inspections following quality system as per ASTM, BS & DOW standards and specifications. EPC of Crude Oil Export Facilities Project forms part of a program to achieve a crude oil production capability of 3MMBOPD.

Planning and co-ordination with client for work schedules, Site inspections like soil compaction test (FDT), fresh concrete slump test and laboratory tests like concrete cubes 7days & 28days compressive strength, also fine and coarse aggregates sieve analysis tests as per clients recommend specifications like ASTM, BS & KNPC standards.
