Over my years of experience I have been involved with a number of projects from initial planning, fabrication design, construction, service and repairs. CAD design, heavy plant movement both on land and sea including slinging and lifting, transport, costing, risk assessment and method statements, management and commissioning including personnel allocation, maintenance and H&S aspects, training and managing all aspects of subcontractors on many projects.

MOST RESENT PROJECTS

 Most recently put together a company to acquire, repair and service offshore sea crafts to enable the company to have smooth crew movement at high speed in Nigeria and also implemented a computerised maintenance management system, including engine commissioning and sea trials.

 Involved in setting up two new companies in Nigeria operating composite repair systems for repair and refurbishment of live pipes both onshore and offshore and including valve repair and re stuffing on live locations and also clamp design and construction for application of live leak sealing and repair, I also have skills in the application of a number of composite repair systems.

 Conduct small-group training sessions for engineers and crews regarding projects and H&S aspects. Which I wrote and delivered to 16 engineers and 10 crew members.

 Rapidly learn and master varied computer programs and train engineers same.

 Design, plan and draw safe system for crew member’s access onto oil platforms and F.P.S.O. (accommodation vessel)

PAST PROJECT HISTORY

• Started World Wide Press, in June 1999, offering printing press repairs, Installations, removals service.

• Also responsible for planning and total logistics of small machine movement in the engineering industry to entire plant relocation into exiting premises and even to virgin sites dealing with all aspects of relocation including building contractors and civil engineers around the world.

• Worked for Mallett Machinery Ltd (80-99) on projects for Broadprint Ltd and Print Direct Ltd from planning stage to completion of large printing companies in Manchester, UK, also responsible for relocating many large printing machines to locations around the world.

• Duties include: Installation, Service and Repair of principal’s machines, Trouble shooting,

Pre installation site survey and organization of all lifting and handling from delivery to completed installation, commissioning and training on all machines, New project research and development, PLC and computer control programming.

• Worked for Rekon UK Ltd (75-80) for Installation of plant and machinery in new factory.

Maintenance of all plant, i.e. Welding sets, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Conveyor tracks, Blast cleaning plant, Steam boiler and heating system. Production welding, MIG, TIG, MMA

• Work for Brightknoll Ltd (72-75) Suspended Access / Vertical Hoist Service and Repair Engineer

Basic electronic circuit, service and replacement, occasionally to component level.
