• Successfully consulted on the production of the cookies at GB Mahangu Enterprises in Rehoboth Namibia

• Advising on marketing and general business aspects such as cash flow projections and profit analysis GB Mahangu Enterprises and later Maano Investments CC

• Business consultant for Nomad Spa from idea to start-up with all business decisions and writing of business plan. Since Nomad Spa has won the award as Best African Day Spa for 2015 at the World Spa Award.

• Created business proposal, cash flow analysis, location, logistics and potentials for some Ministry staff for establishing small scale poultry farm for the communal farmers in Namibia.

• Conducted feasibility study on rural poultry project for NCCI (Namibian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and wrote a following Business Plan

• Co-wrote Standard Operational Manual for the Analytical Laboratory at the Namibian Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry

• Plan production based on forecasted daily raw material imput

• Allocate about 100 staff into relative role to maximize throughput and KPI

• Liaise with sales office and customers to allocate raw material into product categories

• Obtain and report production quantity and yield figures

• Manage quality control and hygiene

• Logistics. Make sure everyday production was correctly placed and oversee logistics of final products via the company´s transportation contractor to ensure smooth workings of the supply chain both upwards and downwards

• Products research and development was also part of my duties. The company was constantly looking for new ways to add value to its product both in fresh and cooked products. We developed on average 4-5 new products each year, mostly from the fully processed and cooked product division.

Successfully assisted on the production process and equipment being revamped, were it was modernized and throughput increased. New equipment purchased and installed. Our product quality improved substantially
