Job Responsibilities: as a quality control technologist,

• Raw materials and final product quality checks Organoleptically & Bacteriological for Cephalopods, Shrimps and Fishes.

• Check/Monitor, all stages of processing, under GMP & SSOP, & lab recorded (daily)

• Monitor Daily, Periodic cleaning and sanitation in the operating & non – operating areas and maintain relevant records.

• Effective implementations of HACCP plan, prepare Production Document and Sanitation & Personal Hygiene records of our Company to E I A (Govt.,) and also given training programmed for workers once in a year.

• As a Production in charge

• I handled, processed and packed all types of fish & fishery product as per buyer’s requirement with an acceptable quality.

• Production planning, shift planning & team management.

• Plant Preparations of Auditing as EIA, MPEDA, EU, BRC, etc ,

• Records of R.M, process, production tally, logistics plan (HACCP doc.) are maintained good manner submitted to superior sincerely in daily basis. (Receiving, Grading, Soaking and Block yield maintenance cold store stock.etc),

• Making plan for inspection, packing materials and loading goods as per requirement.

Production manager-

• Response for managing production unit with 500 persons. (Control and Team Management.).

• R.M purchasing plan and logistics & costing, system development and implementation of plant and Training & Development of staffs.

• Fresh chilled shrimps packing for export, plan from resources to shipment.

• Product Knowledge: Varieties of Marine fishes shrimps like Ribbonfish, Mackerel, Reef cod, Groupers, Croaker, Sardines, Seer fish, catfish, types of tuna and Pomfrets etc., and Cephalopods (cuttle fish, squids & octopus), tiny, brown etc., Type/Form of fishes & Shrimps packing whole, gutted, fillet, Raw/ Cooked Frozen Peeled and De veined (CPTO)-IQF, Cooked Frozen Peeled and Undeveined shrimp Raw Frozen Peeled and Deveined Tail on (RPDTO/RPD) etc

Knowledge of Yellow fin tuna smoked processing smoked/fresh tuna.Experience in packing the Fresh chilled fish and cultured shrimps retail outlets and for exports.Worked as a Aquaculture Officer in Balaji Biotech Ltd, Nellore (A.P) (1996-97) all cultural activities are recorded as Daily basis, reported to Farm manager.
