PIPE FITTING AND ENGINEERING EXPERTISE:

• Overseeing quality assurance, testing, strategic planning

• Health and safety issues as a top priority and client expectations

• Assisting in fabrication the pipe work all to co-ordinated drawings

• Deep understanding of all aspects of the contracting process and technical requirements

• Carrying out safety tests and recording results on mechanical equipment and systems

• Regularly making dimensional orientations and materials checks and comparisons

• Scrutinising technical mechanical problems and following corrective procedures to fix the problem

• Cutting, threading, and installing pipes to exact project specifications

• Attaching pipes to walls, structures and fixtures using brackets, clamps or tools

• Conducting regular thorough inspections on various piping equipment

• To perform all required discipline tasks, safely, consistently and in accordance with project requirements, procedures and specifications

• Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the plating / structural workscope is completed safely and to a high standard.
