PROJECTS WITH ROYAL COMMISSION (RC): INFRASTRUCTURE

Project : Muthrafia site development (Stage-02).

Main Contractor : AL OSAIS CONTRACTING Co.Ltd.

Scope of work : Subcontract Agreement consist the execution of Primary Infrastructure such as Earth movement, Build Roads, Culvert, Sewer system, Storm drainage system, Potable water distribution, Irrigation, street lightings, Power and Communication duct banks.

Subcontractor : AL OSAIS MCM Co.Ltd.

Position : Civil Superintendent

Responsibility : Coordinate and supervise all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

Period : April’2011 to March’2012.

PROJECTS WITH SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY (SEC): SUBSTATION & POWER PLANT

Project : 115/13.8KV Substation at GHORNATAH & NCDC.

Main Contractor : AL OSAIS CONTRACTING Co.Ltd.

Scope of work : Subcontract Agreement comprises the execution of civil works, Build roads, Perimeter Fence, Power and Communication Duct Banks and Site development activities.

Subcontractor : AL OSAIS MCM Co.Ltd.

Position : Construction In charge.

Responsibility : Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposal and plans; conferring with management. Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Period : Feb’2009 to March’2011.

Project : Qurayyah CCGT power plant site development.

Scope of Work : The scope includes marl capping along with the extensive backfill area approximately 1.38 Km2 and in 2.00 m depth.
