PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (PMT/PMC)

• Co-ordination with Engineering, Site Construction, QC, Pre-Com and Commissioning in order to meet Project Standards, Specification, on time execution and Constraints to resolve the issues and achieve the Project delivery & Target.

• Review of Project Method of statement, JSA, Quality procedure, Inspection test plan and Inspection test report.

• Planning and Scheduling for Delivery of Engineering drawings & Construction activities.

• Providing Technical assistance and Clearing of Site Technical Query.

• Co-ordinates with other discipline such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping in order to identify constraints and completion of work.

• Co-ordinate with Safety to identify the Site hazards, walk through, TSTI, Auditing and Evaluation of Contractor Safety measurements.
