I like to stay occupied and focused for my future and I personally think of myself the same as others do. I am a polite and friendly individual ready to get involved in the more exciting things life has to offer. I like the thrill of challenges, change and the determination to actually do something meaningful with my time.

At this moment I am looking for a career path to settle in where I can feel comfortable. A career where the training is efficient as well as the team, management are excellent role models and a progression ladder that would seem suitable. Structure is very important in the job role I am looking for and I hope this meets that criteria.

• Duties similar to my time spent working at Butlins.

• Maintaining the bar involves cleaning the bar, glasses, measuring equipment’s, keeping the fridge stocked.

• Answering the phone taking and processing orders through the system, seating customers and serving them throughout the evening.

February 2015 – May 2015
ButlinsMinehead Resort Bartender

• Serving guests swiftly in the well-known venue ‘Reds’.

• My duties included customer service, up-selling any offers, cleaning down the bar, back areas and pot wash once the bar is closed, stocking up the displays and fridges at the end of the night, tidying the venue clear of all glasses so they can be washed.

• The training provided has been efficient and really helpful; I passed the roadmaps with flying colours.

• I was also trained in making coffee working shifts for Soho Coffee also located on the resort.

• My main job role for DNA Worldwide was a Sales Executive.

• I helped create income for the company by making cold calls in an administrative environment.

• My duties included the use of a unique CRM system in which we processed legal and personal cases in this database.
