Job Responsibilities:

• Disseminate and Communicate EHS Policy, EHS Management System requirements to site personnel; Prepare EHS plan, contingency plan, EHS risk assessment and SOP related to site level.

• Provide necessary advice, information and support for effective implementation of EHSMS on site level as per EHS plan; Updating the EHS Plan to the requirements of the activities being carried out when there is a revision in scope of work.

• Plan and conduct Internal EHS training programs, initiate drive to promote EHS awareness and performance; Carry out EHS inspection of Work Area, Work Method, etc. as per the IMS requirement.

• Creating EHS awareness through TBT, job specific trainings and Pep talks; Advising line management in preparing HIRA for the new activities.

• Conduct investigation of all incidents / dangerous occurrences & recommend appropriate corrective measures; Convene EHS Committee meeting & minute the proceedings for circulation & follow-up action.

• Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems; Plan procurement of PPE & safety devices and inspect before use as per laid down norms.

• Report to CEHSM on all matters pertaining to status of EHS and promotional program at site level; Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct EHS induction.

• Monitoring administration of First Aid; Conduct fire drill periodically, procure, inspect and arrange fire extinguishers.

• Organize campaigns, competitions & other programs to promote EHSMS & motivate workmen; Record, analyze and cascade lateral learning points from first aid cases, near miss cases and accidents to all project staff.

• Maintain all EHS related documents and update them periodically.

1) From Aug-2015 to till date, RIL Township Jamnagar, Gujarat

a. Client: Reliance Industries Limited

b. Project Cost: 300 Cr.

c. Average man power: 3000 workmen per day

d. Major activity: Civil, MEP & Finishing activities.
i. Excavation up to 3m depth,
ii. sloping and benching provision,
iii. Height work up to 22m height,
iv. Erection & commissioning of utility pipeline system.

2) From Jan – 2014 to Aug 2015, Blending Unit for Birla Corporation Limited Rae Bareli.

a. Client: Birla Corporation limited

b. Project Cost: 50 Cr

c. Average Manpower: 500 workmen per day

d. Major Activity: Construction of Blending Unit include 5 Silos in One year.

e. Height work up to 50m height

3) From Mar – 2013 to Dec. – 2013, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited Dahej.

a. Client: Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited

c. Project Cost: 250 Cr.

d. Average manpower: 1500 workman per day

e. Major Activity: Civil works, Piling, Roofing & sheeting work & finishing activity.

4) From July-2011 to Feb. -2013, Siemens Wind Power Project, Halol.

a. Client: Siemens Real Estate (Group Company of Siemens AG).
