I have more than nine years of education and training within the food science field in different European universities (Romania, Netherlands, Belgium) and seven months of industrial research in Germany. Most recently, I led a project for the emulsions/whipped cream innovation in a partnership with an industrial partner. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment so right now I’m looking for an opportunity to apply my technical experience and my creative problem solving skills.

With a long tradition in the food research field, the Food science and formulation department is responsible for a large number of high-quality research article papers covering various area and aspects of food science. The focus of department exceeds the strict academic view, conducting academia-industry co-joint projects in which the fundamental science binds with the final industrial application of the research. The department personal creates an open-minded and research pointed environment consisting of a mixture of international bachelor, master, PhD students, engineers, technicians and experts’ university professors. The latter ones also supervise the work conducted in the department, ensuring a level of high quality research in close collaboration with the entire department’s personal.
