(b) The individual excavation, backfilling and compaction, concreting works ( re-bars & form works),precast, post pour activities for several concrete foundations and misc supports, structural steel erection and roofing / metal cladding for several structures, architectural finishes inside Electrical – Instrument building at each pad / platform, fencing, etc. until final inspection prior to handover.
(c) Trenching and backfilling for the long pipelines
(d) Building the right of way (ROW) / maintenance road access along the pipelines from the wellheads and manifold area at each pad / platform going down to the central gas processing plant.
(e) Berm activities over the pipe lines from the well pads down to the processing plants.
• Review of project technical specifications, drawings etc. to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to civil works.
• Participate site inspection after kick off meeting prior to execute/ start the project.
• Surveillance and monitor all ongoing site activities by the EPC contractor / sub-contractors to ensure in compliance according to project specifications, drawings, contract and safety requirements.
• Perform inspection (check / witness ) for all the activities related to civil, structural steel erection, earth works, masonry, cladding/ roofing system, tile works etc. based on the ITP, procedures, drawings and specifications including material receiving, soil sampling collection at the borrow pit & testing ( lab. test ).
