Selected Accomplishment

Bids & tenders implementation : Implementation of new bids & tenders system for MISSA region, decommissioned old system and implemented the new system supports the core processes of the MISSA organization, with an up-to-date, supportable, single-instance Bids & Tenders Cloud application – Contract Manager. This project also provides an opportunity to validate the first Contract Manager Cloud architecture implementation, with its associated B&T EMEA COE processes, to facilitate future deployment in the Middle East, South Africa, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic and Central East Europe

ERP Upgrade : Upgraded ERP system to the latest version, working remotely with UK Team, I was leading this project from Egypt, where I have performed all change management phases alongside with the business, starting from creating the request, getting it approved, development in the Test environment, IT Testing, UAT, and deployment in the live environment. Provided all users with a one month hyper care support, involved in all business testing and act as Level 1 and 2 supports during this period. Created all updated reports, forms & menus

Morocco Tax Audit: Lead the team responsible for preparing & delivering all Morocco Tax Audit requirements after closing the legal entity there, without any Finance user available from the old company, I have started my work by reviving an old system, renewing its licenses, created a short term contract with the support company, which avoided the company from paying $2 million fines, if the date was not available

CRM implementation: Leveraged the CRM solution from Pharma to Consumer sector, created business plan, got regional & local approvals, pushed Egypt CRM to be the pilot for EMEA region, saved 20% from the professional sales team time after the system implementation, and increased the team efficiency by 30%

Office Move: Lead a team from all company’s departments, to move from our old office location to the new One J&J office, during this project I was responsible for IT, administration, logistics & communication, we have moved Server room, IP Telephone, CCTV, attendance, & UPS system and installed all network, telephone & electricity infrastructure plus all users workstation

ERP Migration (Epicor 7.4 sp2), Lead the migration of JNJ historic ERP system Epicor V7.3 into the latest version 7.4 sp2, this migration project almost took one year, the team members were myself from Egypt and a consultant working remotely from UK, we migrated the ERP system from 7.3 into 7.3.5 then 7.3.6 then 7.4 and finally 7.4 sp2. [SQL 2000/2005/2008]

Audit preparation : Develop an action plan with my manager & global compliance team  for the SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) audit coming to Egypt, create all needed SOPs, DCMs, Work instructions, forms, Compliance Analysis, Security Configuration Standard and reports, revise all users access in current systems, perform a cross systems review, create a Disaster Recovery Plan
