• Liaising with suppliers, key governmental authorities and airport leaders to build mutually beneficial relationships that provide a seamless operational framework to achieve further sales growth

• Strategically negotiating complex terms and conditions to procure quality ground handling contracts that ensure compliance with strict industry standards for all facets of wing operations

• Spearheading a key project to build partnerships with quality ancillary service providers including hotels, transfer services and restaurants to significantly reduce per unit costs and expand market share
