• Analytical and critical thinking skills: I was able to demonstrate this by my ability to detect some of the challenges MTN internal and external customers faced through extensive research which included their inability to use Nokia Xpress music phones to browse. I helped to solve the problem by coming up with the right configuration settings for the issue.
• Team Orientation: we worked in teams and I contributed in discovering ways we can be very productive and stay on top of our collective performance as a team.
• Communications Skills: I handled inbound calls from my customers and I was able to attend to them effectively due to my ability to communicate in various local languages.
