Company: LEAD Contracting & Trading Subcontractor Kellogg Brown & Root II Project: Mega Train Project GNL2K - SKIKDA: Production capacity of 4.5 million tons of LNG per year.

  • Prepare and validate with subcontractors and compare budget amounts with the amounts received by engineering.
  • Update forecasts of key budget amounts received by engineering.
  • Review all requests for change in unit prices, assess and advise contract administrators in this direction.
  • Billing additional work after consultation with the client according to the established contracts (Piping & Mechanical).
  • Monitoring NCR (Non Conformance Report) and RFI (Request for Information) work & Mechanical Piping.
  • Update all documents and data bases quantities.
  • Prepare the unit prices for additional work (star rate).
  • Attend and participate in negotiations with subcontractors.
  • Calculate the weekly and monthly progress of work performed, and billing subcontractors.
On site (supervisor)
  • Supervise the installation of the pipe and the fabrication of spools on site.
  • Supervise the installation of mechanical equipment associated.
  • Checks on site compatibility of piping drawings (isometric) according to the plans P & ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram).

  • Prepare the control equipment necessary for construction (Piping, Supports…etc)
  • Manage the productivity control system and supervise the quantities controllers (five QS)

  • HSE: Certificate in training on the fundamentals accident in external environments (SAFE KBR).
Studies & qualifications
  • Bachelor of nature and science of life in June 2000.
  • State engineer in mechanical engineering. Guelma University - September 2005
Final Project Study: Stresses and deformations in a chamber under high vacuum.

End Of Course Study: 15 March 2005 to 15 June 2005: Graduation internship at physics lab - university of Guelma: Construction of a metal chamber under high vacuum.
