Job Responsibilities & Duties:

 Preparation of Contractors monthly valuation of work.

 Valuations of Variation Orders from contract/revised documents.

 Quantification & verification of Bill of Quantities.

 Generation of quantity take off from relevant drawings using Auto CAD from project database system through networking supporting quantities & cost evaluation.

 Fully responsible for certifying contractors and supplier’s payments and preparing their payment vouchers/certificates for release of payments and Variations.

 Maintain back charges account of contractors, suppliers for works carried on their behalf.

 Administering and holding meetings with subcontractors to discuss or settle commercial issues.

 Monitoring the progress of works in terms of quantity and cost.

 Assisting the Cost Control department in producing the productivity reports and wastage reports.

 Clarification of Interim Payment application and follow up with Contractors and issue payment.

 Quantities take off of huge earth works by using Land Desktop Software.
