Short Bio:

I am a CPE Processing Officer for Nottinghamshire County Council and have worked here for 7 years. I am currently studying for a NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating. (Both due to be completed by December 2016) I am a qualified Plumber's Mate and will shortly have my full NVQ Level 2.
I am a confident and hard working individual, able to work both as part of a team and independently when needed. I have good time keeping skills and am very determined.

My current role within Nottinghamshire County Council as a CPE PROCESSING OFFICER entails me to answer telephone calls from members of the public on a daily basis, sorting and opening mail, greeting customers on the reception, taking online payments regularly, filing documents, inputting data onto the system, logging cheques/cash within chipside and any other general admin duties. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
