Short Bio:

I am a CPE Processing Officer for Nottinghamshire County Council and have worked here for 7 years. I am currently studying for a NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating. (Both due to be completed by December 2016) I am a qualified Plumber's Mate and will shortly have my full NVQ Level 2.
I am a confident and hard working individual, able to work both as part of a team and independently when needed. I have good time keeping skills and am very determined.

March 2009 – Present

My current role within Nottinghamshire County Council as a CPE PROCESSING OFFICER entails me to answer telephone calls from members of the public on a daily basis, sorting and opening mail, greeting customers on the reception, taking online payments regularly, filing documents, inputting data onto the system, logging cheques/cash within chipside and any other general admin duties. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

August 2008 – September 2008

My main duties included serving customers at the bar, collecting and cleaning glasses and keeping bar and floor clean.

August 2007 – June 2008

During my time at the Oak Tree Pub my duties included serving customers at the bar, serving food, keeping bar and eating area clean, sorting customer complaints, collecting and cleaning plates and glasses, stocking bar fridges, changing barrels and ensuring that the pub was clean and tidy for the following day.

October 2006 – January 2007

Whilst working for the company as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR I learnt various skills, including customer service skills and fast efficient methods of working. My duties included; serving customers, working on the collection point, working in stock room, helping customers on shop floor and cleaning shop floor.
