Overall Responsibilities:

Develop health and safety working programmers, strategies, risk assessments, OHS documentation etc.; Supervision of All Project Radiography Test (NDT) process with all safety compliances; Responsible for setting the project pre-comm safety procedure and execution of all health & safety methods applied in cleaning the pipes/equipment of the plant constructed for RABIGH II , such as Hydro testing, Power Flushing, Air Blowing, Steam Blowing, Oil Flushing, Acid Cleaning, leak test, Catalyst filling, Motor & Pump MRT.

Monitoring all safety procedures for different test during Pre-commissioning stages; Maintain the all HSE training record and develop statistic reports based on periodically.

Responsible to gather the project safety observation record as well as technical data for repots; Actively conducting & participating in site walk through and make final finding reports.

Monitoring the work site consistently to make sure workplace hazard free and all workforce should compliance with safety norms all the time.

Communicate with project management and inform them about any critical unsafe condition on site; Coordinate with all different departments regarding to make work process smoothly with safety.

Calling weekly meeting to discuss with all sub-cons HSE staff regarding the ongoing activates hazards; Develop methods to predict possible hazards drawn from experience, historical data and other appropriate information sources.

Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork; Negotiating with managers and supervisors to try to eliminate possible conflicts between safety considerations and production.

Investigating procedures for working in hazardous environments or with potentially harmful Substances; Ensure all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained adequately.

Inspecting, monitoring and auditing all lifting and rigging equipment to ensure the equipment have valid 3rd party inspection or test certificate as required; Monitoring sub-contractors together with the HSSE department to ensure compliance with rigging standards.

Managed all project Heavy Equipment inspection data and conduct inspection periodically; To recommend control measures and advise on the standard of P.P.E. issued to employees.

Conduct health and safety inspections & Audits and prepare reports of all the company’s operations; To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

To set a personal example by wearing appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observing all safety requirements/procedures; Actively participating in all safety campaigns and coordinates with work supervisor for housekeeping.
