Working with Technip Doha as Senior Q.C. Engineer / Superintendent for ORYX GTL & the Gasal project in Raslafan Qatar.

• Updating Daily Progress Report to the Managements

• Approval of QC Personnel’s

• Approval of ITP and QCP

• Supervising all Civil/Structural works

• Implementing the work at site as per project specification

• Attending weekly and monthly meeting.

• Follow up with contractor day to day activities

• Monitoring the contractors equipment’s

• Taking the decisions for any site problems.

• Follow up with contractor for the mile stone within given time period

• Analyzed the plan drawing and study the coordinate location of the project for the erection of steel structure

• Lay-outing the exact position of the base plate by coordinates, and Elevation with the support of surveyor.

• Organize the steel structure material as per the approved drawing.

• Monitoring the construction activities carried out by contractors including erection of steel structure and installation of pipe racks, Vessel platform and shelters at utilities and offsite area and mechanical equipment such as, heat exchangers, mixers, pumps, storage tanks, vessels at refinery area.

• Monitoring of all steel structure modification works at fabrication workshop according to approved repair procedures.

• Ensure that site works conform to method of statements, procedures and test plans, and meet the target completion date.

• Ensure that sub-contractors adhere to the latest IFC drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions.

• Assist in carrying out inspection and alignment, of Steel structure bolts torching verifying survey reports

• Coordination with other discipline at area of assignment.

• Ensure that construction activities are carried out to the highest HSE standards.

• Ensure that construction and installation conform to project standards.

• Attend safety toolbox talk and progress meeting

• Coordinate in the preparation of handover documents

• Organize the manpower to start and finish the project.

Working with (CCIC) as a Snr QC civil Engineer for the ADCO and QFD project in Abu Dhabi UAE for Oil and Gas .

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily working schedule,

• Expedite the work according to the project specification & QCP, ITP,

• Verify the sampling, Test Methods, Test reports of Third Party- Lab Technicians

Supervisors as per Project Specification.

• Record the document for the Certification.

• Checking all survey reports,

• Checking Laboratory equipment calibration records

• Checking the coordinates according to the IFC drawings

• Inspection & Calibration of concrete batching plant and Commissioning

Worked as a Sr. QC Engineer with Atlas Constructions, responsible for supervising all QC and QA activities related to multi-storey building projects in Hyderabad.

June 2007 to July 2009
Worked with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as a QA/QC Engineer Civil for their KJO-FDP1 project in Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

The project is of Aramco Gulf Operation with joint operation of Kuwait Gulf Oil Company. The responsibility is to control the ITP, & Quality Control Plans and specification of latest Aramco standards, preparing the daily work schedule assigning the work to Q.C. Inspectors, Attending monthly and weekly meeting with client, monitoring the progress of work to ensure compliance to project specification requirement & placing the Q.C. recorded document for the final handover of the project. Checking and monitoring in surveillance basis concrete batching at the supplier batching plants, monitoring checking the compressive strength as per standard, ,approval of material MAR relaying information to the QC manager regarding progress of work Attending weekly minutes of meeting with the client

Feb. 2006 to 2007
Worked with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as a QC Engineer Civil for J.C.P. project in Jubail, Saudi Ariabia.

I was responsible to expedite the work. Monitor work on progress to assure the contractor comply with the as per drawings and required specification .Prepare the ITP & QCP Inspect and approved the accomplished work. Assist and evaluate proper documentation used by the contractor in the project. Attending monthly and weekly meeting with client Relaying information to the QC manager regarding progress, work balance, overall accomplished work. Assist colleagues regarding work progress other related works given by the QC manager and project manager.

Feb. 2001 to 2006
Worked as an QA/QC Engineer for M/s Atlas Construction Company ltd, sun City Project, Hyderabad.

Supervised construction for Roads, Bridges, Irrigation canals, Residential & Commercial Buildings. Held responsible for manning and Equipment allocation, scheduling and controlling of each work items, daily progress monitoring and reporting, discuss technical problem with higher authority for resolution. Also Supervising Civil QC Inspection Including excavation & base compaction, test layer compaction, shuttering, reinforcement and concrete pour, block work and waterproofing. Rectify and follow-up site discrepancies and assist Clients & Consultants representatives for final acceptance. Final submission of QC reports to the Client.
