Design of Khurbet East Field Central Processing Facilities (38000 BOPD)

The CPF project scope includes all design aspects associated with the development of a 38000 bbl/day Crude oil CPF, associated Crude Oil Export Line and re-routing of existing flow lines. Design of Inlet manifold, Test & Inlet Separator, Crude oil treater, Crude oil & Produced water storage tanks and associated utilities design. Responsible for making all process deliverables for proposal i.e. PFD, UFD, P&ID, Cause and Effect, Utility Summary, Instrument and Equipment Datasheet etc.

Storage and distribution of all associated Utilities for CPF

Instrument Air System, Fresh / Utility / Potable / DM Water Storage & Distribution System, Fire Water System, Fuel Gas

system, Fuel Gas Treatment Package, Process Flare, LP Tank Flare, Closed Drain & Open Drain, Diesel Storage and distribution system & 5 MW Power Generation using Reciprocating Gas Engines.

• ZADCO Produced Water Treatment Plant, Abu Dhabi

Worked as, Lead Process Engineer for this proposal, which consist of two Trains of 12,100BPD of Treated Produced Water. Treatment Package include design, procurement and construction of all equipments, technology to remove solids and dissolved H2S from inlet FEED Produced water.

Proposal scope also includes supply and design of utilities for new plant from existing utility headers.

• Nimr-G Development and Karim West Water Flood Project, PDO Oman

Worked as, Lead Process Engineer for this proposal, which consist of design, procurement and construction of new FWKO tank, MSV’s, CPI Separators and IGF vessels to cater increased produced water from additional wells from Nimr-G field.
