Description:
PMC contract with TAKREER for the Quality Control Inspection (PMC) Facility’s for the Refinery Expansion project consisted of Residue Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit and associated Refining Units, Offsite & Utilities, Storage Tanks and Interconnecting Piping. Work includes project management of the engineering, procurement and construction of large offshore super complex located in Ruwais. The Refinery comprises Four-linked platforms including gathering, separation, gas treatment and water disposal facilities, utilities and accommodation modules.

Role:
• Carry out Inspections Involved in site preparation, marine loading arms, loading platforms, pre-cast bridges installation, non process building and related structural facilities

• Carried out inspection and approval of various stages of Sea Arm Construction such as Marine Surveying by using GPS, Test Piles, Jig frame & Jig Jacket

• Handled Inspection construction of Substation & Control Buildings, installation for onshore/offshore piling, concreting piles & pile sleeves, driven piles & pile head cutting, crosshead & crossbeam installation

• Witnessed alignment & leveling for Building and Civil Structural module fixing

• Performed inspection of Reinforcement, Formworks & Embedded Parts prior to concrete pouring & pre-cast concreting works for Offshore Roadways & grouting works in related Structural Foundation

• Inspected:

o Sea Arm Platforms Substation, Service Platform, Loading Platform, Junction Platforms, Knuckle Platform, etc
