Conduct detailed examinations of materials and components
Witness pressure tests ,Experience of internal and Supplier audits, preparation of audit plans, audit reports, etc.
Able to undertake random checks for procedural compliance on design and other project processes

• Supervision of pipe and structural welding, conducting welder qualification test , visual inspection before , during and after welding , application of NDT method in weld joints , Analyze requirements for WPAR/PQR execution conditions according to applicable standards (ASME, PED97/23/EC, EN473 ). knowledge about pressure vessels , columns,heat exchangers and piping drawings code,standard and specification,Responsible for the Quality Assurance/Quality Control planning and leads the Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities .

• RT film interpretation , knowledge of discontinuities and defects , welding symbols and weld joints , method of welding technique and types of welds , quality based productive controlling , keep the record of materials and tools , inspection of joints configuration , application of NDT methods as for client requirement .

• Perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding

• Responsible towards welding control and inspection

• Prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during construction

• Record result of inspections and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications

• Administer AFI request to Client and 3rd party and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP

• Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out. Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects.

• Arrange for proper NDT requirements as per specifications

• Interpret RT films pertaining to welding joints

• Establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on weekly basis

• Generate weekly weld rejection rate summary

• Witness all testing activities

• Monitor PWHT

• Prepare Test Packs for Piping Hydro static testing

• Prepare/comply the final punch list prior to delivery of the fabricated and assembled components
