Role & Responsibility as QA/QC Inspector

 Monitor the daily construction activities, perform daily site-inspections, and Ensure compliance with the QA/QC program, project drawings and Project specifications.

 QA/QC inspection ensures the compliance of construction & associated activities related to client approved drawing specification by inspection & witnessing & monitoring the activities.

 Ensuring implementation of Quality Control plan, procedure and inspection & test plan

 Familiar in ASME, API, ASTM, standard/ procedures, and Co-ordinate with client for QA/QC activities.

 Performing inspection as per ITP

 Review of Hydro test packages, Line checking and Punch listing

 Coordinate with construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation of test requirement of test pack and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items before hydro test.

 Inspection of Pressure test (hydro, pneumatic) according to piping class, their test limit and required pressure along with PID.

 Involved in Reinstatement activities/clear the B punch item.

 Responsible for implementation of internal QA/QC programs, including Quality Improvement processes, quality management systems, inspection test planning procedures, receiving inspection plans, Quality Procedure Guidelines.
